Warranty Submission
To file a non-emergency warranty request, please fill out the form on this page. A member of our team will be in touch within 2 business days. Service hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., and someone must be home during the visit.
For emergencies, you may contact the contractor with the information on the Direct Call list provided to you at your Homeowner Orientation.
Note: If your warranty has expired, we recommend you engage with a third-party warranty provider. Homes used for profit or as investments are not covered by warranty.
